Mijael “Mike” Attias is a business leader with more than 20 years of experience in investment and private equity. As founder and managing partner of Merak Group, he has driven the growth of companies and communities through sustainable investment strategies.
Previously, he was CEO and CFO of TOOLCRAFT, expanding the company to more than 20 countries and consolidating it as a benchmark in the hardware industry. He also served as a senior consultant at KPMG, advising more than 35 companies on mergers and acquisitions.
Mijael is a Public Accountant from ITESM Monterrey, has an MBA from IPADE Business School and is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
